What to include

• Video issues: task ID, current status, and a brief description.
• Payment or credit questions: order reference and the amount shown in your account. Do not include card details or passwords.
• Content or rights reports: the relevant video or task, the concern, and only necessary non-sensitive evidence. See the AI content policy.
